Everyday food orders are handled separately through our regular food delivery service.
STEP 01 — SEND YOUR REQUIREMENTS
Please provide:
– Your name or company name
– Contact information
– Type of service required
– Event date
– Preferred time
– Event location
– Number of guests
– Preferred menu or food requirements
– Any dietary requirements or special requests
The more information you provide, the more accurately we can prepare your quotation.
STEP 02 — DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENTS
Our team will review your request and contact you to discuss the menu, service format, guest requirements, location, timing, and any special arrangements.
STEP 03 — RECEIVE YOUR QUOTATION
After the requirements are confirmed, we will prepare a customized quotation.
The quotation may include:
– Selected menu
– Number of guests
– Food and service charges
– Transportation or logistics, where applicable
– Additional service requirements
– Any other agreed arrangements
STEP 04 — CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
Once you accept the quotation, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The booking will be considered confirmed after the required advance payment has been received.
STEP 05 — FINAL PREPARATION
After confirmation, our team will coordinate the agreed arrangements and prepare for your event according to the confirmed menu, schedule, location, and service requirements.

Customized services require advance planning. We recommend contacting us as early as possible, particularly for weddings, large events, corporate functions, food truck bookings, and VIP Private Dining.
QUOTATIONS

MENU CHANGES
