KHAN INDIAN CUISINE
1. ORDERS & BOOKINGS
Everyday food orders are processed through the available food delivery platform.
Customized services and event bookings require advance arrangements and confirmation by Khan Indian Cuisine.
A booking is not considered confirmed until the required confirmation process has been completed.
2. CUSTOMIZED SERVICES
Catering, Private Chef Services, Food Truck Services, VIP Private Dining, Heritage Cuisine, and other customized services are arranged according to the customer’s specific requirements.
Final arrangements may depend on:
– Date and time
– Location
– Number of guests
– Menu selection
– Service requirements
– Availability
– Transportation and logistics
– Other agreed arrangements
3. QUOTATIONS
All customized services are quoted individually.
The final price may vary according to the selected menu, number of guests, location, service format, transportation, equipment, staffing, and other requirements.
A quotation is valid only for the specific requirements stated in that quotation.
4. ADVANCE PAYMENT
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm customized service and event bookings, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The remaining balance and payment schedule will be confirmed as part of the booking arrangement.
5. MENU & SERVICE CHANGES
Any changes to a confirmed menu, guest number, event location, timing, or service requirements must be discussed with Khan Indian Cuisine in advance.
Changes may result in an adjustment to the final quotation.
6. EVENT LOCATION & ACCESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event location information and ensuring that the required access, space, facilities, and permissions are available where necessary.
Additional charges may apply if unexpected location, transportation, setup, or service requirements arise.
7. FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Customers must inform Khan Indian Cuisine of any known food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements before confirming an order or booking.
Although we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate declared requirements, customers should understand that food may be prepared in environments where different ingredients are handled.
8. AVAILABILITY
All services are subject to availability.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a booking until the service has been officially confirmed.
9. CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the type of service, preparation requirements, event date, and work already committed.
The applicable cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be communicated as part of the quotation or booking confirmation.
10. PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT
Khan Indian Cuisine may photograph food, event setups, or service activities for marketing and promotional purposes.
Where identifiable customers or private events are involved, appropriate permission will be obtained where required.
